Soar in for a full day of exhibit tours and history presentations at the Cici and Hyatt Brown Museum of Art at MOAS with Legacy of a Naturalist: A History Expedition. Discover the world of John James Audubon and his renowned artworks, with guest speakers UCF Associate Professor of Art History, Keri Watson - “Picturing Paradise: From John James Audubon to the Florida Highwaymen” and “Adventures with American Naturalists: On the trail with Bartram, Audubon, Burroughs and Muir” - a historical timeline with reenactor and Professor Joseph Vetter. Followed by a brief talk on "Audubon's Life and Travels" by Senior Curator of History Zach Zacharias. Guests may also enjoy a self-guided tour of Audubon's Birds of Florida exhibit.
