International Observe the Moon Night

Join us on Facebook Live @MOASDaytona for International Observe the Moon Night on Saturday, September 26 from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. to celebrate and view Earth's only natural satellite together. Our own Curator of Astronomy from the Lohman Planetarium, Seth Mayo, will set up one of our MOAS telescopes and provide a beautiful live view of the Moon that evening (weather permitting), while discussing all of the interesting features you can see on its surface. Seth will also answer your lunar questions and provide digital 3D tours of the Moon using planetarium software during the live stream as well.
